Civil works associated with pipe supports, electrical systems, instrumentation, control systems, and walkways and operating platforms within the scope.
Supply of construction materials and consumables, according to scope.
Cementitious grout associated with anchoring of equipment to be installed.
Waterproofing of tank containment areas.
Installation of process equipment.
Installation of piping modules.
Installation of flare system off-site and its guying structures.
3D scanning survey of installed equipment and modules.
Correction of isometrics and adjustments according to mechanical installation.
Construction of interconnecting piping between equipment and modules along the pipe rack route.
Installation of off-skid instruments.
Installation of cable trays and conduits.
Non-destructive testing (NDT) in workshop.
Pneumatic testing of installed lines.
Testing and commissioning activities.
Start-up (PEM).
