Description:
Construction of four acid water treatment units, two LPG caustic treatment units and two transformer substations (3.2 – 4 MVA and 7.7 – 10.3 MVA), including the provision of all equipment and materials, review of basic engineering, development of detailed engineering, civil constructions, electromechanical assemblies, interconnections, pre-commissioning, commissioning, assistance for the implementation and 30 days of operation assistance. The project contemplates an execution period of 30 months and, among other things, the supply and installation of 9 air coolers, 28 heat exchangers of different types, 5 tanks, 8 towers, 54 pumps and 25 pressure vessels, which implies:
211,000 hours of engineering, a total of 2,128,300 hours/individuals, 2,435 tons of process equipment, 2,349 instruments, 395 tons of metal structures, 13,500 m3 of concrete, 1,010 tons of piping and 182 km of cable.
Special Characteristics: Work framed in the 2 Growth Acceleration Program of the Federal Government of Brazil.
